A January 2022 Hood Modded tutorial that links this place shows an in-game crosshair editor at the hospital. A later 2023 video shows the same in-game crosshair menu and then switches to a separate desktop overlay. You only need the hospital menu.
Change the in-game crosshair
- Join Hood Modded.
- Go to the hospital. The 2022 tutorial places the crosshair station there.
- Open the crosshair control and change size and color.
- Use Preview before you keep a setting. The tutorial's example of setting every value to 100 was called out as unusable.
- Choose Default if you want the original crosshair back.
- The same tutorial could leave the menu only by resetting the character. If you get stuck on the station, reset, then check that your gun is still saved. Resetting can interact badly with a KO. See gun saves.
A 2023 video tells players to set four crosshair values and then set another value to 20 inside the Hood Modded crosshair menu. Those numbers are one player's setup, not an official best crosshair.
External overlays
HUDSight and similar apps draw a crosshair on top of the whole screen. They are not Hood Modded features, they can cost money, and they are unnecessary if the hospital station works. This wiki does not walk through installing them.
Stomp and strike cosmetics
Players talk about stomp effects, strike effects, and emotes as cosmetics on a finisher or a hit. The experience control card does not name a stomp key, a rarity ladder, or a shop price. The code string VERITY has been claimed to grant a stomp effect, a strike effect, and a Verity emote, but that code is not confirmed working. See Codes.
Do not pay anyone outside Roblox for a stomp. If the game has an items or emotes menu, equip the effect there and confirm it in your inventory before you leave.
